Return Policy
Failed Deliveries / Refused Shipments / Incorrect Shipping Address
If the incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause shipment delays or the package damage, LalulaHair will be not responsible any fee or exchange requirement. Please double check the address before placing your order.
If for any reason you do not absolutely love the item you ordered, we gladly offer returns and Free exchanges service. Please do not cut the lace, make sure the wig is BRAND NEW unaltered, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in original packaging within 30 days.
Order Change:
The order can not be changed once the wig finished processing, so please email us for changing order within 3 hours after placed your order.
Order Cancellation:
The order can be freely cancelled before wig shipped out.
Exchange policy:
If your wig is brand new, Contact us by service@lalulahair.com within 30 days after receiving your package to make an application for exchange. Emails received after 30 days will not be taken into consideration. We will response within 24 hours on business days.
Please email us with photos of the hair for our reference.
For any price differences between the exchanged items, we will charge you extra or credit back the overcharge.
There is no restocking fee charged.

About Refund
We will charge $20 Shipping fee for return order
For returned items or items for exchange, we will need 1-2 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution.
After this time, the refund time-frame is as below:
